• Photos: Used to support tarot readings.
• User input information: Nicknames, gender, and other information necessary for readings.
• Device information (anonymous): May be used for bug analysis and app improvement.

2. Purpose of Use

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Providing tarot reading results
• Improving and enhancing the quality of the app
• Detecting and fixing bugs
• Responding to user support inquiries

The collected information will not be used for AI training or improvement purposes.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not provide, sell, or share collected information with third parties without user consent.

Exceptions include the following cases:

• As required by law
• When necessary to protect human life, body, or property
• When outsourcing information processing to trusted external services (e.g., AI for image analysis) for service operation purposes (in this case, the information will be properly managed according to the service provider’s privacy policy and data protection measures)

4. Storage and Deletion of Information

• Past photos and reading results are saved up to 30 entries on the user's device. When a new reading is performed, older entries are deleted sequentially. Users can also delete any reading results themselves at any time.
• The server stores only the minimum necessary information. Personal-identifiable information, including photos, is not stored on the server.

5. Security Measures

User information is protected with appropriate security measures such as encryption and access restrictions.

6. External Links and Services

The Service may contain external links (e.g., sharing features to social media). Privacy policies of external services are managed by their respective operators, and the Service is not responsible for them.

7. Use by Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 should use the Service with parental consent.

8. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be revised as necessary. Important changes will be notified within the app.
